Parents:

Unknown Stacy married Elizabeth Unknown. Unknown Stacy was probably Simon Stacy, a proprietor of Ipswich in 1637. [Ref] Elizabeth Stacy died before 29 Mar 1670, when her will was proved. [Ref] She married second William Adams, the son of William Adams of Ipswich. [Ref]

Perhaps Elizabeth was Elizabeth Clarke of Theydon Garnon, co. Essex, daughter of Stephen Clarke, yeoman, of Theydon Garnon, who married Simon Stacy of Bocking, co. Essex, clothier on 6 Nov 1620 in Theydon Mount, co. Essex. [Ref]

In her noncupative will, made a day or two before she died, Elizabeth mentions her son Simon, her son Thomas Stacy, her daughter Sarah Buswell, her daughter Susanna French, her daughter Mary Mears and her daughter Anne. [Ref]

Children of Unknown Stacy:

1. Simon Stacy died between 20 Oct 1699, when he signed his will, and 4 Dec 1699, when it was proved. [Ref] He married Sarah Unknown. Sarah died on 20 Nov 1711. [Ref]
   In his will, Simon mentions his wife Sarah; his cousin Simon Adams and his son Simon; Jonah Perry and George Frink; his apprentices Simon Eames and Deliverance Dook; Thomas, William and John Stacy; Elizabeth Woodwell; Mary Comer; Susannah Marston; Samuel Mears; Eliphalet Adams [his stepbrother William Adam's son: the famous New London minister]; [his nephew] Edward French, [his niece] Ann Mudgett; John Adams. [Ref]

6. Anne Stacy died on 21 Feb 1682. [Ref]
   In her will, dated 13 Feb 1681/2 and proved on 28 (1) 1682, Anne Stacy mentions her brother Simon Stacy and his wife Sarah; her sister Sarah Buswell; her sister Susanna French; her cousin [stepbrother; the term "cousin" was used more broadly then] Simon Adams; her cousin Rebecca Stacy; her cousin [niece?] Anne French; her cousin [niece?] Elizabeth Mears; her sister Mary Fitch; her cousin John Whipple. [Ref]

Susanna Stacy married Joseph French.

Susanna is called Susanna French in her mother's will. [Ref]
