Ichabod Palmer 2 on 29 Apr 1723, presumably in Westerly. [Ref]
On 31 May 1750 Elizabeth Palmer, executrix of her late husband's estate, showed
the Assembly that his debts exceeded his moveable estate by about £1567
and asked for some land to be sold. The court appointed [her brother] Thomas
Noyes, Jr. [Ref]
