Roger was sheriff for Lincolnshire in 1397. [Ref, p. 36] In 1401 he granted land to the church. [Ref, p. 36]

In his will he mentions his wife Margaret, Richard de Pynchebeck and his sons Richard and Adlard.

In his will he mentions his wife Janet and his sons Richard, Roger, William, John, Morys and Thomas.

1. Richard Welby, Esq. of Moulton died after 12 Nov 1487, when he signed his will. [Ref, p. 33 - 34] He asked to be buried beneath the monastary of St. Guthlace of Croyland. [Ref, p. 33-34] He married first Elizabeth Unknown. He married second Joan Unknown. Joan died after 1495, when she signed her will. [Ref, p. 33-34]
   In his will, Richard names his (deceased) wife Elizabeth; his wife Joan; his brothers Thomas, William and Roger; his cousin John Braunch. [Ref, p. 33-34]

5. Morys Welby died after 12 Aug 1465, when he was mentioned in his father's will, and probably before 12 Nov 1487, when he was not mentioned in his brother's will.
   
6. Thomas Welby was buried in 1496 in St. Mary's Chapel in Croyland, Lincolnshire. He married Joan Leake.

Thomas Welby was buried in 1496 in St. Mary's Chapel in Croyland, Lincolnshire. [Ref, p. 33] He married Joan, the daughter of Sir Richard Leake, knight. [Ref, p. 33] She died in 1488. [Ref, p. 33]

Thomas was Justice of the Peace in 1483. [Ref, p. 33] He was High Sheriff of Lincolnshire in 1491-2. [Ref, p. 33] He was of Gedney in 1496. [Ref, p. 33]

Thomas Welby of Moulton died in 1570 in Bath. [Ref, p. 32] He married, as her second husband, Elizabeth, the daughter of Sir Richard Thimbley, knight, of Irnham, on 20 Jul 1560. [Ref, p. 32] Elizabeth was living in 1571. [Ref, p. 32] She married first John St. Paul Nettleton. [Ref, p. 32]

Olive Welby was baptised in 1604 in Moulton. [Ref] She died on 1 Mar. 1691/2 in Chelmsford. [Ref][Ref] She married Henry Farwell on 16 Apr 1629 in Boston, Lincolnshire [Ref] in St. Botolph's church. [Ref, p. 30]

Olive is mentioned in her uncle Richard Whittington's will of 6 Mar 1615. [Ref, p. 30]
