Robert Spurr was born about 1610. He died on 16 Aut 1703, age 93, in Dorchester. [Ref]

Robert Spurr, Henry Merryfield and Robert Stanton, husbandmen of Dorchester, bought a house with 10 acres in the cow pasture first division of Dorchester, thirty-four nearby acres, andtwenty acres in the third division lot fifty-one from Nathaniel Duncan on 21 Feb 1654/5. [Ref]

He signed a petition in Dorchester on 19 Oct 1664. [Ref]

Robert Spurr of Dorchester was a freeman on 23 May 1666. [Ref]

In 1677 Robert Belcher was called before the church at Dorchester to make an acknowledgement of entertaining loose and vain persons, especially Joseph Belcher. [Ref]

Savage [Ref 4;662] says that Nathaniel Wyatt married Elizabeth, daughter of Robert Spurr.
