[Ref, pp. 143-146] Hannah was the daughter of Jacob Taylor of Yarmouth. [Ref, pp. 143-146] She was born in 1753 in Hyammins or, perhaps, in 1752 in Plymouth. [Ref, pp. 143-146] She died on 8 Jul 1828, age 76. [Ref, pp. 143-146, 7 Jul] She is buried in the Sears Cemetery.
    The inscription on Edmund's gravestone says: In memory of / Mr EDMUND SEARS / who died / March 16, 1832 / Æt 88. The inscription on Hannah's gravestone says: In memory of / Mrs HANNAH / wife of / Mr Edmund Sears / who died July 8 1828 / in her 76 year.

[Ref, p. 86] Roland was the son of Seth and Mary (Taylor) Hallett. [Ref, p. 518] He was born about 1743. He died on 10 Aug 1816, age 73. [Ref, p. 518]

    Joshua was a seaman and later a farmer. [Ref, pp. 147-149] He was a soldier in Lieut. Micajah Sears's co. and on the alarm at Dartmouth and Falmouth on 6 Sep 1778. [Ref, pp. 147-149] He served on the ship General Putnam under Capt. Daniel Waters 12 Jul 1779. [Ref, pp. 147-149] He was taken prisoner and committed to Forton Prison in [Portsmouth in] England. He was imprisoned for several years, during which he had small pox and nearly died. [Ref, pp. 147-149]

    Christopher was a soldier in Lieut. Micajah Sears's co. and on the alarm at Dartmouth and Falmouth on 6 Sep 6 Sep 1778. [Ref, pp. 149-150] He served in Capt. Elisha Nye's co. at the Elizabeth Islands from 27 Jan to 21 Nov 1776. [Ref, pp. 149-150]
