EZRA PERRY (d. 1689) of Sandwich

Ezra Perry died on 16 Jan 1689 in Sandwich. [Ref] He married Elizabeth Burge on 12 Feb 1651 in Sandwich. [Ref]
On 5 Apr 1654 Ezra's wife's parents, Thomas and Dorothy Burge, sold him half a tract of land at Mannomett. [Ref transcript of deed]
On 20 May 1655 Ezra pledged five shillings for the building of a meeting house in Sandwich. [Ref] On 15 (5) 1671 he was one of four people appointed to go with James Skiffe and look at upland and meadow that James wanted to exchange with the town. [Ref] On 21 (3) 1674 Ezra Perry, Sr was chosen grand juryman. [Ref] On 12 May 1679 Ezra Perry was chosen constable. [Ref] On 16 Jan 1682 Mr Edmund Freeman, Sr and Ezra Perry were to see the minister paid. [Ref]
Ezra Perry of Manumet and the town of Sandwich signed his will with his mark on 16 Oct 1689: the same day that he died. He left bequests to his wife; his sons Samuel, Benjamin, Ezra and John; his daughter Remember; his daughter Deborah, wife of Seth Pope; Sarah, wife of Ephraim Swift. Inventory was taken on 24 Oct 1689 and was sworn to by his widow Elizabeth on 18 Apr 1690. [Ref]
Perhaps the Deborah Perry who married Robert Tupper is a sister of Ezra?
