He mentions his wife Joane; his eldest son George; his second son Thomas; his third son Daniel; his daughter Judith, his daughter Anne Vassall, to whom he left his gold sealing ring; his cousin William Petchey; his kinsmen Edward, John, Anne and Johan Petchey; his kinswoman Susan Purchas; his grandchildren John, Judith and Frances Vassall; his late brother Christopher King, clerk; his son-in-law William Vassall, to whom he left his surveyor's tools; his wife's kinsman John Luron.
