2. William Palmer was born on 22 Jan 1744 [Ref, p. 115] William, the child of Joseph and Katherine Palmer was baptised on 10 Jun 1744. [Ref] He married Mary Brown of Stonington on 31 May 1767. [Ref]
   1. Wilber Palmer, the son of William and Mary, was born on 2 Nov 1768. [Ref]
   2. Phebe Palmer, the daughter of William and Mary, was born on 31 May 1770. [Ref]
   3. Catharine Palmer, the daughter of William and Mary, was born on 20 Nov 1772. [Ref]
   4. Polle Palmer, the daughter of William and Mary, was born on 13 Apr 1775. [Ref]

   6. Emma Palmer [presumed daughter] of Stonington married Thomas R. Wells of Kingston, RI on 10 Oct 1833. [Ref]

6. Elijah Palmer, the twin of Elisha and son of Joseph and Catharine was born on 23 Sep 1750 in Voluntown. [Ref] He married Lucretia Palmer on 28 Mar 1773 in Voluntown. [Ref] Lucretia is probably Lucretia, the daughter of Gershom. But she might be Lucretia, the daughter of Daniel. This Lucretia is not as a good a fit in terms of age but she lived in Voluntown.

      2. John Hunter Palmer, the son of Gershom and Mary, was born on 12 Apr 1832 in Voluntown. [Ref] John H. died on 30 Jul 1857, age 25, in Voluntown. [Ref] John Hunter of Voluntown, son of Gershom, married Julia Ann Kinne, daughter of Joel, deceased, of Voluntown, on 11 Mar 1849 in Voluntown. [Ref]
         1. Eugene Hunter Palmer, the son of John H. and Julian Ann, was born on 22 Nov 1851 in Voluntown. [Ref] He died on 5 Nov 1854, age 3, in Voluntown. [Ref]
