Parents:

John Cutting was born about 1593, as he gave his age as 63 in Apr 1656. [Ref, p. 357] He died on 20 Nov 1659 in Newbury. [Ref] He married Mary Unknown. Mary died beween 26 Nov 1663, when she signed her will, and 29 Mar 1664, when it was proved. [Ref, p. 360] Mary married second John Miller before May 1662. [Ref, p. 357] John Miller was probably the Rev. John Miller who received his A.B. from Gonville and Caius, Cambridge. [Ref, p. 360] He died on 12 Jun 1663. John settled in Watertown sometime between 25 Jul 1636 and 26 June 1637. [Ref, p. 357] He moved to Newbury between 1639 and 1641. [Ref, p. 357] John Cutting, gentleman, bought a house in Charlestown in 1648 and was resident there in 1651. [Ref, p. 359] He returned to Newbury in 1656. [Ref, p. 359]

John signed his will on 22 Oct 1659; it was proved on 27 Mar 1660. [Ref] In his will, John mentions his wife Mary; his daughter Mary, the wife of Nicholas Noyes, and her son Cutting; his daughter Sarah, the wife of James Brown; his grandchild Mary, the wife of Samuel Moody. [Ref]
