HENRY COOK of Salem

Parents:

Henry Cook married Judith Birdsall in June 1639 in Salem. [Ref]

On 6 (5) 1647 John Alderman sued Henry over an account involving 14 goats and Henry sued John Alderman for defamation. [Ref] Henry was fined at the 15 (9) 1648 court in Salem for abusing the watch, calling them "proud saucy boys, proud mallapart boys, and rascally and jackanapes boys". George Ropes was also fined for supporting him. [Ref] At the 27 (10) 1649 court at Salem, Henry was ordered to pay Mary Oliver because he had borrowed her pick axe and could not prove that he had returned it. [Ref] Henry Keney and Henry Cooke of Salem were presented at the 25 (9) 1651 court at Salem; Henry Keney was admonished and Henry Cooke was fined. [Ref] Philip Crumwell sued Henry for defamation at the 1 (5) 1652 court at Salem. [Ref] Henry sued Thomas Crumwell for battery at the 2 (5) 1652 court at Salem. [Ref]

Henry Cook and Judith Birdsall had the following children:
