[Ref does not give the date][Ref] Frances was from Wymondham, a small market town five miles from Hingham, co. Norfolk. [Ref] He married second Nazareth (Hobart) Turner on 13 Jul 1630 in Hingham, co. Norfolk. [Ref] Nazareth was the daughter of Edmund Hobart and Margaret Dewey and the sister of Rev. Peter Hobart. [Ref] She was baptised on 7 Jun 1601 in Hingham, co. Norfolk. [Ref] She died on 23 Nov 1656 in Hingham, co. Norfolk. [Ref "John Beal's wife"] Nazareth had married previously Robert Turner on 9 Nov 1626 in Hingham, co. Norfolk; he was buried there on 7 Apr 1627. John Beal received land in Hingham in 1638. [Ref] He bought a four-acre planting lot in Weymouth Neck in Hingham from Henry Chamberlain, Sr. on 16 Oct 1647. [Ref]
In 1649 John and Nicholas Jacobs were the representatives to the General Court from Hingham. [Ref]
John Beal - a nephew or other close relation of John - "being by a providence of God to goe to old England" made his will on 26 Oct 1657. He left 30 s. each to his cousin Mary Whiton, wife of James Whiton, and Elizabeth Lassell. He left half of his estate to his father Edmund and the rest to his cousins Jeremiah Butler, Sarah Marsh, wife of Thomas Marsh and Rebecca Beales, daughter of John Beales, Sr. [Ref]
