Ebenezer was the captain of a militia company in the 25th Connecticut Regiment
under Col. O. Johnson in the Revolutionary War. [CAA]

10 Mar 1781] Ezra was the son of Andrew and Delight (Dean) Spaulding. [Ref]
He was born on 5 Nov 1754 in Plainfield. [Ref]
He died on 1 Nov 1828 in Canton. [Ref]
He is buried in the Spaulding Cemetery. [Ref]
Ezra and Hannah moved to Bradford county in 1796. [Ref]
The inscription on Ezra's gravestone says that he was a private in the Connecticut
militia in the Revolutionary War. [Ref]
